Earth and Skin beauty therapists are highly skilled in skin health and organic product allowing your therapist to consult with you and design and deliver skin specific treatments. Our facials are tailor made to suit your skin type. Our therapists come from different backgrounds and all have different skin journeys themselves. When it comes to skin, we have seen it all before, so if you have any questions about your skin concerns, we are more than happy to show you what has worked for us and our clients.

Are your spa treatments 100% toxin free?

We are passionate about providing our clients with beauty products and experiences that are toxin free. Earth and Skin is a luxury Day Spa on the Gold Coast providing an indulgent experience without compromising the wellbeing of you or planet earth. We conduct our own extensive research to ensure our suppliers do not use any harmful toxins in their products or the manufacture of their products. The products we use are not just toxin free but are also highly effective.

Are all of your treatments and products vegan?

Inline with our belief that beauty should never compromise your health, we also believe that animal products, animal testing and cruelty should not play a role in beauty and its associated products. All our treatments are vegan and we only use vegan products throughout all our treatments. We do have a very small number of makeup products that contain sustainably sourced beeswax.

Do you provide car parking?

Yes. We provide private off street parking ensuring a seamless stress free arrival starting the Earth and Skin experience well before the treatment begins. We also have two 10 minute parking spaces for shorter treatments or those who are purchasing skincare or gift vouchers.

Do you have a discount for regular clients?

Yes! We have our Loyalty Points system to earn dollars off your treatments. We also have our Self-Care Membership which allows you to enjoy regular treatments to help restore your inner-calm.

Are deposits required for spa treatment bookings?

Our therapist’s time is dedicated to you and your treatment with no-shows and last minute cancellations impacting the business and other clients. Therefore, a 20% deposit of the total appointment cost is required on all treatments to secure the booking. This deposit will be taken when we accept your booking request and is redeemable against the total cost.

We understand that life happens and you may need to change your booking, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice and your deposit can be paid forward to a new booking or refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited.

Today I had the most majestic Elemental Facial experience at Earth + Skin or should I say, more like Heaven on Earth. This place needs more hype! This is the best spa I have visited absolutely anywhere. I was blown away by the decor and vibe. So impressive and you just feel at ease from the moment you walk in. If that isn't enough, the staff is absolutely sensational. I felt so so warm and welcomed from the tea I was offered to the treatment to the lovely chat I had with the therapists. I had my back and chest sugared for the first time today, I’ve been told that is better than waxing for sensitive skin and I can’t agree more. It was way less painful and my skin had no inflammation. Tiffany was really caring and knowledgeable, she recommended me to try a session of their new led light to help healing my rosacea. It was pleasant and relaxing and I have to admit my skin looked much clearer after only 20 minutes. Anyhow so glad I found that Spa!

Just experienced my first 'sugaring' (sugar leg wax). Was absolutely amazing! So much less painful than a standard wax and feels great to be supporting the environment and my health at the same time. Tiarna was also very lovely company and did a great job working with my rather unmaintained leg hair. Big thumbs up!

I have been visiting Earth and Skin on a monthly basis for over a year now. I had some skin concerns regarding breakouts and oily skin for a few years prior but these are no longer an issue thanks to Georgia. She has done an amazing job at addressing my issues the natural way. Not only that, I have learned so much about how to take care of my skin properly. This place is amazing! Staff are a gorgeous easy going group. I got a gift voucher from my daughter and initially I thought I would just buy product, but as luck would have it, there was a spot later in the day. The place is layed out beautifully and the facial was not particularly expensive, but at $180 it was worth every cent. The products are fantastic - ethically sourced which is so important - and are also very affordable (2 anti-aging night creams for about $150-ish). Love love loved everything about this place 💕

Everything about this spa is amazing! The treatments, the staff, the products and the whole experience is 5 star. They really go above and beyond compared to any other spa I have been to and the fact that all their products are cruelty free is even better.

All the staff are caring, professional and friendly. The space is instantly calming and aesthetic. My massage with Stella today was exceptional. Her energy is warm and clear and her massage technique was deeply relaxing and replenishing. I’m so grateful.

I went in and got a massage and a facial and walked out feeling incredible. I wish I remembered her name but she was so lovely, so gentle, so calming and made sure I was comfortable! The product smelt incredible I had to buy it for myself to take home! Can not wait to go back again!! 🤍

I had Millie apply my make up and she totally transformed me! The products she used not only smelt amazing but left my skin feeling fantastic. I ended up going back to purchase more products as they were so good. Myself and a girlfriend have bought another package so we can return and enjoy the spa treatments - so excited!

I chose the earth massage and the lash tint and I am beyond happy with my treatment. Tiffany was not only professional, she could sense where my pain spots were and released all the tension especially on my back. I am very happy that .y good friend gifted me a voucher from earth&skin. Otherwise I would have not found that place. I had the pleasure of experiencing the Wild Moon treatment and cannot emphasise enough how above & beyond every aspect was. From singing bowls to scalp massages, I felt beyond nourished the entire time. There were moments I could hardly believe how thorough and attentive the lovely ladies were — special thanks to Carissima for guiding me through the entire journey. Such a beautiful and tranquil experience. I had a pregnancy package and it was exceptional. From the Tibetan singing bowl that was played to signify the beginning and end to the perfectly curated treatment which Millie so expertly and attentively carried out. I will definitely be back.

I had the $225 facial. It was Fabulous and I felt totally relaxed and my therapist as always was fantastic but I think the price was a little high. It’s not something you could do regularly at that price. Products and ambience and staff can’t be faulted.

I have been seeing Emily for a few months now for various treatments and to say she is amazing doesn’t even begin to describe how great she is. She is extremely kind and makes you feel so comfortable and easy to relax around. The whole experience is 5 star incl all the staff I have spoke to at Earth & Skin. The salon is relaxing, clean, modern, refreshing and you can really zone out and switch off. Thank you so much for looking after my very rare moments of ‘me time’

I visited Earth and Skin for the first time today there just aren’t enough words for how amazing it was. After 25 years of visiting spas around the World, I would easily put this sublime experience in my top 3.The surroundings are so peaceful, impeccably clean and beautifully furnished, the staff were warm and professional and my treatment was two hours of absolute bliss, from start to finish. I had the hot stone massage and Elemental facial and have already booked it for a gift for someone else.Everyone deserves a visit to Earth and Skin, it truly is incredible and I cannot wait to return. My Earth Massage was hands down one of the best treatments I have ever had! All of the staff were extraordinary and the spa is divine. It was the most comfortable and beautiful room I’ve seen and the treatment extremely well thought out, with aromatherapy, hot stones and Tibetan bowls. I didn’t want to leave and felt relaxed for days. It was just what I needed and I can’t wait to return! Thanks Earth + Skin xx

Had an amazing facial here yesterday, it was absolutely beautiful. I had the pregnancy facial and I didn't want it to end. So relaxing and my skin felt amazing. Expensive but very luxurious

This place is an absolute dream! From the moment I stepped through the doors I felt a sense of peace & knew it was the perfect place for me to begin my skin healing journey. I was treated with such grace, respect & given so much time to speak through my personal story of skin health. The facial included singing bowls which sunk me into a deep meditation & I felt so cared for the entire experience.
