To get longer lasting results we recommend exfoliating over the brows 1-2 days prior to your appointment and coming to your appointment with no makeup or oils on the skin, as these can act as a barrier to the tint.
Henna brows can last between 4 to 8 weeks on the hair and 2-7 days on the skin. Henna brows provide longer-lasting results than a regular tint as the colour absorbs into the hair, rather than just tinting the outside of the hair. Henna stains both the brow hairs and the skin underneath, creating a more defined and natural-looking brow shape.
To get longer lasting results we recommend exfoliating over the brows 1-2 days prior to your appointment and coming to your appointment with no makeup or oils on the skin, as these can act as a barrier to the tint.
To prolong the longevity of your Henna brow tint, do not wet the brows or wash over them for the first 24 hours to allow maximum colour absorption. The brows may be a shade or two darker initially but will fade quickly after the first wash the following day. Keep the brows nourished with your facial oil or a simple organic castor oil to keep the colour locked in. We recommend avoiding harsh soaps and skin care products over the brows. Excessive sun exposure, chlorine & salt water will also fade the tint quickly.
