Terms and Conditions - Facial Club Offer
1. Introduction
Welcome to our Facial Club! By enrolling in our Facial Club Offer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Please read them carefully.
2. Membership and Payment
The Facial Club membership is priced at $25 per week, plus Ezidebit processing fees. Payments are processed weekly via Ezidebit. You will be responsible for the Ezidebit fees, which are charged in addition to the membership fee. A one-time service fee of $100 is required to cover setup and reconciliation costs. This fee is non-refundable.
3. Member Benefits
As a member of our Facial Club, you will receive the following benefits each calendar month:
- 1 x Refresh Facial per calendar month
- 4 x LED Treatments per calendar month
- 10% off full-priced products at the time of purchase
4. Terms of Use
The Refresh Facial and LED treatments must be redeemed within the calendar month they are allotted.
Unused treatments do not roll over into the next month.
Booking Restrictions: Facials can only be booked on Tuesdays to Thursdays. LED Treatments can be booked on any day of the week. The 10% discount applies only to full-priced products and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or promotions. Services are subject to availability. Advance booking is recommended to secure your preferred time.
5. Service Fees and Charges
The $100 one-time service fee is charged at the time of enrollment and is non-refundable. This fee covers account setup, administration and reconciliation costs. The weekly membership fee of $25 is automatically debited from your account via Ezidebit. The exact fee may vary depending on any applicable Ezidebit fees or changes in your subscription. Ezidebit fees are charged in addition to the membership fee and are the responsibility of the member.
6. Membership Terms
Your membership will continue on a weekly basis until you notify us of your cancellation. To cancel, please provide notice via email or at our physical location at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Cancellations: If you cancel your membership before the end of the month, you will still be charged for the full month, and any unused treatments will be forfeited. Non-Transferable: Memberships are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered member.
7. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to members via email or other appropriate means.
8. Liability
We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for any issues arising from Ezidebit transactions, including delayed or failed payments.
9. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
